This website collects nothing

There is no account to make and no form that sends anything here. The trial form writes a message in your own browser and hands it to your own WhatsApp, where you read it and choose whether to send it. Nothing you type reaches this website, and nothing is stored on it. The site sets no cookies and runs no tracking or analytics.

What Erika holds once you are a customer

• Your messages to her, in WhatsApp on her phone, the same as any conversation you have with anyone.
• Your details and your dog’s details, including contact details, health, behaviour, feeding and routine. She needs these to look after your dog and to carry out the booking you agreed.
• Your emergency contact’s details, so she can reach someone if she cannot reach you.
• Vaccination records, as her licence requires.
• Photos of your dog. Erika asks before she puts a photo of your dog on this website or on social media, and you can change your mind at any time.

How long she keeps it

Records about dogs in her care are kept for at least 3 years, as the licence requires. Records about money are kept for about 6 years, for tax.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what Erika holds about you, and to object to how she uses it. Write to hello@vipaws.example and she will reply.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how your data or your booking has been handled, write to hello@vipaws.example and Erika will look into it and reply. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
